Oldest mummy found to date
The definition of a mummy is a corpse whose skin and dried flesh have been preserved by either intentional or incidental exposure to chemicals, extreme cold, very low humidity, or lack of air when bodies are submerged in bogs. The oldest mummified head is Chulina, who is 6000 year old, found in 1936 and AMS dated in Zürich in 2005.
