Stinky Tofu - I do not think so
Stinky tofu, also known by its Chinese name, Chou Doufu, is a fermented bean curd dish which has a very strong bitter odor, is sometimes called “fragrant tofu”. Its smell is said to resemble that of rotten garbage or manure, even by its enthusiasts.
