It is actually true, during mardi gras, fair st. louis and duetschfest people sell the everpopular “buckets of beer” If you tick one of the cops off, they resort to the old law and lock your behind up.

That is not true. I live 20 miles out from st louie and Joes crab shak on the north side sells beer buckets. i have a pink and a green one.
